Investment Performance Report

For Funded Companies

Is your investment progressing the way you expected?

Investment Performance Report

As an investor, funding a business is not an event but a continuous process. One that involves continuous monitoring of the performance of the investment. This takes time, skill and diverts the investor from the primary task of seeking other opportunities. It is also difficult to remain objective about one’s own investment and nearly impossible to find comparative data to benchmark the performance of your investment vis a vis other similar businesses. Our proprietary “Investment Performance Report” does all this and more. It evaluates your investment or potential investment, in an already funded company, across eleven parameters and provides a performance score along with a percentile score to the company’s nearest peer group. Our business experts provide qualitative commentary and insights on the performance and suggestions for improvement. You can opt for a one time performance assessment or an annual pack that provides quarterly assessments with a trend analysis of the performance of the business you have invested in.

The Investment Performance Report provides performance scores across eleven criteria with valuable insights, recommendations, as well as a percentile comparison to the nearest peer group of the company, to guide investors and the entrepreneur on:

Investability
How investable is the venture for the next round
Peer Comparison
How the venture compares to their closest peer group
Share Holder Value
Has the company added to the shareholder value as projected
Fund Raising Strategy
What is the ideal strategy for fund raising

Investment Performance Report

The Investment Performance Report is prepared by senior business, industry and financial experts relying on the various documentary submissions by the company. These include their financials, policy documents related to their HR, finance, board meetings, governance as well as their investment pitch, promotional videos, marketing material, business plans, strategic plans, statutory filings, details of their founders and other documents.
Post validation of the documents, one on one meetings are conducted by business and financial experts to understand the business model, to accurately assess the performance post the initial funding and to provide current / future investors with a fair sense of the performance thus far and investability of the business venture for the next round of finance, along with associated risks, if any.
